Job summary

MAESTRO HOLDINGS in the Philippines seeks a driven sales professional to promote Mindscapes' workplace mental health solutions. You will design and execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and strengthen the product's presence in the employee wellness space.

You will stay informed about competing products, identify customer needs, conduct awareness sessions, present Mindscapes offerings, and drive satisfaction, retention, and growth across key accounts, both remotely and on-site.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in a related discipline (Sales, Healthcare, Behavioral Health, Organizational Development, or related field).
• 6 months to 1 year of work experience in sales.
• Background/certification in Mental Health would be an asset.
• Goal-oriented and organized team player.

Responsibilities

• Design a strategic sales plan that expands Mindscapes' customer base and strengthens its presence in the employee wellness sphere.
• Monitor competitive workplace mental health products and plan positioning of Mindscapes offerings.
• Assist in providing market intelligence.
• Consult with workplace mental health specialists, HR, wellness committees to improve Mindscapes products.
• Assess the marketing potential of Mindscapes products.
• Prospect, sell, and present Mindscapes products to the market.
• Develop, coordinate, and deliver online and in-person awareness sessions and toolkit demonstrations.
• Identify customer business needs and present Mindscapes information accordingly.
• Maintain accountability for customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
• Enhance relationships to grow key accounts and tailor sales focus.
• Facilitate sales campaigns, training, and orientations for potential clients.
• Serve as a resource for the existing portfolio as an upsell.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
