MAESTRO HOLDINGS is seeking a results-driven Sales specialist to expand Mindscapes' employee wellness portfolio in the Philippines. You will design strategic sales plans, stay informed on competitive workplace mental health offerings, and identify opportunities to grow key accounts.
The role emphasizes consultative selling, market intelligence, and collaboration with HR and wellness committees to tailor Mindscapes solutions to client needs and drive customer satisfaction.
Graduate degree in a related discipline, i.e., preferably in Sales, Healthcare, Behavioral Health, Organizational Development, or a related field.
With at least 6 months to 1 year of work experience in sales
Background/certification in Mental Health would be an asset.
Goal-oriented and organized team player
Design a strategic sales plan that expands Mindscapes' customer base and ensures its strong presence in the employee wellness sphere.
Understand and stay abreast of all competitive workplace mental health products and programs, and strategize on how to position Mindscapes offerings within the competitive space.
Assist in providing market intelligence.
Consult with workplace mental health specialists, human resource departments, wellness, and other committees, regarding organizational wellness and employee issues to help improve Mindscapes products.
Assess the marketing potential of new and existing Mindscapes products.
Prospect, sell, and present Mindscapes products and other Workplace Mental Health products to the market.
Develop, coordinate, and deliver online and in-person awareness sessions and toolkit demonstrations to prospective customers.
Actively prospect to identify and understand customer business needs and provide compelling information on our Mental Health products.
Maintain accountability by focusing on and delivering on customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Enhance the relationships and support the growth of key accounts to optimize the portfolio by monitoring customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts.
Facilitates sales campaigns, training, and orientations for potential clients (regardless of source/channel).
Serves as a resource person for the existing portfolio, treated as a company upsell.
Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
With a background and understanding of the workplace mental health space.
Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
