Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s/Masters degree in Mechanical & Civil and MBA in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• +8 years of experience in Precast/RCC/Steel.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.

Aufgaben

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Lead negotiations and close high-value deals with clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and lead generation.
• Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional materials and digital content.
• Utilize social media and other channels to drive engagement and customer acquisition.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to management.
• Train and mentor junior business development executives.
