• Experience with channels like WhatsApp, Email, SMS, Push Notifications, or CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own business outcomes for a portfolio of Emerging-category merchants, driving adoption and revenue growth.
• Advise merchants across WhatsApp, Email, SMS, and other channels to maximise performance.
• Identify growth opportunities in acquisition, conversion, retention, and reactivation.
• Conduct strategic business reviews and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
