Job summary

Darwinbox is seeking a highly experienced Customer Success Manager to drive value and retention for enterprise customers in Manila, Philippines. You will own post-go-live objectives, partner with cross-functional teams, and act as the strategic advisor to customer stakeholders.

You will lead adoption efforts, run executive reviews, manage risks, and identify expansion opportunities to maximize recurring revenue and customer success outcomes. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

MBA/PGDM or equivalent HR-related experience after graduation.
8+ years of experience in HR transformation, change management, HR tech, or HR consulting with enterprise SaaS.

Responsibilities

Own customer success strategy and drive adoption, retention, executive engagement, expansion.
Lead value realization conversations with customer leadership teams and demonstrate measurable outcomes.
Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and governance meetings with executives.
Orchestrate cross-functional coordination among Support, Product, Engineering, and Sales.
Maintain account plans, stakeholder maps, health assessments, and risk logs.
Identify growth opportunities and build business cases for expansion.
