Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a sharp Vertical Analyst and Data Analytics Lead for our Global Strategy Office, based in Bangalore.

You will operate as a trusted right hand to senior leadership, owning the data and market analysis that underpins major decisions. In this hybrid role, you will build executive dashboards, govern data standards, and coordinate high-priority strategic initiatives across regions.

Qualifications

8-10 years of experience in business/data analytics, management consulting, or global program management.
Strong quantitative and analytical skill set, with hands-on experience in data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, advanced Excel).
Prior exposure to Data Center, Infrastructure, Industrial Automation, or related B2B verticals is strongly preferred.
Hands-on experience with Smartsheet, Salesforce, and/or SAP or equivalent ERP/CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

Pipeline Management & Vertical Mapping: Own end to end visibility of the global opportunity and project pipeline within sales force, ensuring accurate stage tracking, forecasting and reporting.
Market Intelligence & Analyst: Own analysis of large multi-source datasets to surface trends, risks, and opportunities; build dashboards for real-time decision-making.
Program & Portfolio Execution: Coordinate execution of high-priority strategic initiatives; track interdependencies and risks; connect market intelligence to account strategy.
Tools & Systems: Proficient in Smartsheet, Salesforce, Power BI or Tableau, and Excel; familiar with SAP or ERP systems.
