Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in data analytics, BI, or commercial analytics.
• Experience in team leadership and stakeholder management.
• Proficient in Power BI, SQL, and advanced Excel.
• Strong knowledge of sales, pricing, profitability, collections, inventory and supply chain analytics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to turn complex data into clear business insights and actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Data Analytics team supporting Sales & Marketing, Collections, Pricing, and Supply Chain.
• Translate business requirements into data-driven insights, dashboards, and actionable recommendations.
• Analyze sales, customer, pricing, profitability, receivables, inventory, and supply chain performance.
• Drive automation, data accuracy, and standardization of reports and analytics.
• Partner with functional leaders to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business improvement.
• Present key insights and recommendations to management to support commercial and operational decisions.
