You will deliver real-time dashboards, actionable insights, and strategic programs that drive space optimization and Workplace of the Future initiatives.

The role focuses on partnering with leadership to translate complex occupancy data into executive-level narratives, while ensuring platform enablement and data accuracy across CAFM/IWMS systems.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in workplace analytics, occupancy planning or real estate optimization.
Proficiency in Power BI and data storytelling.
Experience with CAFM/IWMS platforms (Archibus or similar).
Strong communication and ability to present to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Present data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership on space utilization and occupancy trends.
Design and maintain Power BI dashboards providing real-time occupancy metrics.
Ensure data accuracy across CAFM/IWMS systems and automate processes where possible.
Coordinate with stakeholders to align occupancy planning initiatives with organizational goals.
