Qualifications

6–8 years of experience in reporting, analytics, or business intelligence.
Advanced proficiency in BI and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel) and the ability to build dashboards independently.
Experience with SharePoint development or M365 integration, building intranet pages or embedding reports.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain recurring and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and metrics for decision-making.
Own end-to-end reporting processes from data extraction to distribution.
Ensure data accuracy, governance, and consistency of outputs.
Analyze performance, identify trends, and translate data into insights.
Deliver executive dashboards and reporting packs with clear storytelling.
Communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders concisely.
