Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Math, Engineering, Econometrics, Finance or Operations Research).
• At least 2 years of analytics, business analysis or data-driven product management experience.
• 3+ years of experience with Python, R, SQL and relational databases.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Bridge business and data: translate data requirements into actionable product features for the Customer Navigator platform.
• Analytical problem solving: analyze data to identify opportunities to apply AI/GenAI for predicting and resolving complaints.
• Stakeholder collaboration: liaise between business users and product teams to drive improvements in workflows.
• Data translation: convert complex analyses into clear insights and recommendations for resolution strategies.
• Communication: present technical results to diverse audiences, including senior leadership, effectively.
• Execution focus: drive short- and long-term goals, enabling product adoption in a dynamic environment.
