Textron Software Solutions Inc in Makati is seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage Pagcor-licensed gaming operators, build and maintain client partnerships, monitor account performance, and drive revenue growth. The role requires strong English communication and a solid background in B2B sales or business development with PAGCOR regulatory knowledge.

You will work with cross-functional teams, coordinate promotional activities, and deliver weekly updates to the Chief Marketing Officer.

Formación

Experience in Account Management or related B2B role.
Strong understanding of gaming industry regulation and PAGCOR/Licensing.
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, independent and results-focused with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

Manage assigned Pagcor-licensed gaming operators in the Philippines.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships with key stakeholders.
Monitor account performance, review metrics, and identify improvements.
Coordinate promotions and initiatives to support client performance.
Drive revenue growth and business volume across accounts.
Conduct regular client meetings and follow-up on opportunities.
Provide weekly updates to the CMO on meetings, performance and developments.
Work independently to maintain client engagement and support business objectives.
