Job summary

Inchcape Philippines seeks an FP&A Manager to act as a strategic finance partner for the Guam market, driving budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis and BI initiatives. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to improve profitability and support growth across Finance and Operations.

The role requires strong financial modeling, data analysis, and business partnering skills, with experience in automotive, retail, or related fast-paced industries. Guam market exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field; MBA/CPA/CA advantageous.
• Min 5 years FP&A with budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and business partnering.
• Experience in automotive, retail, manufacturing or fast-paced commercial industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic finance partner to senior leadership, driving growth and profitability in Guam.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities aligned with targets.
• Analyze results, variances, trends and risks; provide actionable recommendations.
• Develop and deliver financial reports, dashboards, KPI tracking, and models.
