Job summary

Tap Growth ai in Manila is seeking an experienced FP&A Business Partner to advise multiple business units. You will lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and budget-to-actual reviews, ensuring financial discipline across teams.

You will develop driver-based forecasting models, run scenario analyses, and build dashboards to enable data-driven decisions. The role partners with Transport Operations, Marketing, and Technology, translating complex finance insights into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or economics; CPA/CFA/MBA a plus.
• Prior FP&A experience in mobility, fintech, ecommerce, or FMCG finance.
• 5–8 years FP&A or commercial finance with business partnering exposure.
• Strong Excel, ERP exposure (NetSuite ideal), BI tools, and SQL desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting for assigned functions with bottom-up budgets.
• Own rolling forecasts, reforecasts, and budget vs. actual reviews.
• Build driver-based forecasting models linking ops metrics to finances.
• Develop scenario analyses to inform strategic investments.
• Act as trusted finance partner to leaders across functions.
• Pull and analyze data; build dashboards for decision making.
