Job summary

Maya is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager in the Philippines to lead planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. You will partner with senior leaders to align financial plans with strategic goals and deliver actionable insights to drive growth and profitability.

You will build financial models, provide scenario analyses, and prepare executive-level reports and presentations for the leadership team. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with strong quantitative/financial content.
• Significant experience in analytical and performance-focused finance roles (FP&A, Commercial Finance, Treasury, Management Reporting).
• Advanced financial modelling skills including forecasting, scenario planning, and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, budgeting, forecasting, and estimate cycles to support objectives.
• Partner with leaders to align financial plans with strategic priorities.
• Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases for investments and cost initiatives.
