Job summary

Inchcape is seeking an FP&A Manager to join our APAC team in Taguig. This hybrid role supports budgeting, forecasting and reporting for multiple markets while delivering insightful financial analysis to drive strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in FP&A or related finance roles, with advanced Excel, Power BI and SAP experience, and strong stakeholder management. This position is based in the Philippines and offers a supportive, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related discipline.
• Professional qualification preferred: CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent.
• 7–10 years’ experience in FP&A, commercial or corporate finance roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly reporting cycle for APAC HQ and regional management accounts.
• Prepare management reports and variance analysis with commentary on risks and opportunities.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and rolling outlook submissions.
• Develop and maintain integrated financial models for decision support.
