Inchcape Philippines seeks an FP&A Manager to act as a strategic finance partner for the Guam market, driving budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis and BI initiatives. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to improve profitability and support growth across Finance and Operations.

The role requires strong financial modeling, data analysis, and business partnering skills, with experience in automotive, retail, or related fast-paced industries. Guam market exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field; MBA/CPA/CA advantageous.
• Min 5 years FP&A with budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and business partnering.
• Experience in automotive, retail, manufacturing or fast-paced commercial industries preferred.

Our Finance team is seeking an FP&A Manager to support the Guam market. In this role, you will serve as a strategic finance business partner, driving financial planning, forecasting, performance analysis, and business intelligence initiatives. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across Finance and Operations to provide data-driven insights, support decision-making, improve business performance, and contribute to the growth and profitability of the Guam business through effective financial management and strategic planning.

What you’ll do

• Act as a strategic finance business partner to senior leadership, providing financial insights and recommendations that support business growth, profitability, and performance in the Guam market.
• Lead and manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and performance targets.
• Analyze financial results, identify key variances, trends, and risks, and provide actionable recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
• Develop and deliver financial reports, dashboards, KPI tracking, and financial models to support data-driven decision-making and strategic initiatives.
• Leverage automotive, retail, or commercial industry experience to provide market insights, benchmark performance, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and business growth.

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field; MBA, CPA, or CA qualification is an advantage.
• At least 5 years of FP&A experience with strong exposure to budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business partnering.
• Experience within the automotive, retail, manufacturing, or other fast-paced commercial industries is highly preferred.
• Strong financial modeling, data analysis, and business intelligence capabilities, including proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar tools.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling, pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis.
• Solid understanding of financial reporting standards, variance analysis, performance management, and audit processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence business decisions.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, drive process improvements, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a dynamic business environment.
