Job summary

2GO Group in Pasay City is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist who will transform data into actionable insights to guide growth, ensure regulatory compliance, and strengthen financial controls across the organization.

You will partner with multiple teams to deliver accurate operating reports, budgets and forecasts, and support process improvements and new ventures with disciplined financial analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy required; CPA/MBA/CMA preferred but not required
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in finance, reporting, or FP&A
• Strong ability to analyze financial data and identify trends or issues
• Experience in stakeholder management and/or account management is a plus
• Auditing firm experience is preferred

What you’ll do

Financial Analysis & Reporting

• Coordinate with various teams to perform complex financial analysis and prepare summary reports.
• Prepare reports related to operating results, annual budgets, and monthly forecasts for senior management.
• Create supporting documents and schedules for all financial reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Work with different departments to prepare recurring financial reporting packages.

Compliance & Regulatory Reporting

• Monitor compliance with all reporting requirements.
• File quarterly forms in accordance with current regulations.
• Document new rules and changes in regulatory requirements.
• Create and maintain documentation for financial report generation.
• Develop and implement internal financial controls to support the integration of closing processes and financial activities.

Process Improvement & Project Support

• Contribute to project implementation activities.
• Support process efficiency initiatives.
• Assist in new business activities or expansions.

You’ll Thrive In This Role If You…

Educational Background

Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy; CPA, MBA, or CMA credentials are preferred but not required

Professional Experience

• Possess a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in finance, reporting, or FP&A.
• Are highly skilled in analyzing financial data and identifying trends or issues.
• Are resilient and able to work effectively under pressure.
• Have strong business partnering abilities, including stakeholder management and/or account management experience.
• Certified Public Accountant is preferred
• Experience in auditing firms is preferred
