Job summary

Teleperformance Philippines in Taguig is seeking an FP&A Analyst II to lead short- and long-term financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for business operations. You will analyze internal data (P&L, working capital, expenses) and external factors to provide actionable insights and drive improvements.

You will transform complex datasets into executive-ready presentations and dashboards, supporting month-end close and budgeting cycles with autonomy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Experience in financial planning, accounting, or corporate finance; BPO finance preferred.
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Demonstrated experience in Financial Analysis and variance reporting.
• Solid foundational understanding of accounting principles, P&L management, and financial statement analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking capabilities.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage one's own workload, and exercise judgment with minimal oversight.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly P&L reports, cost allocations, and evaluate ongoing financial performance
• Analyze variances against budgets and forecasts, delivering meaningful insights and actionable recommendations to stakeholders
• Consolidate and build departmental and company-wide budgets and forecasts; build financial models to evaluate business operations and corporate transactions
• Support month-end close activities and budgeting cycles by serving as the system Master Loader for financial tools/software
• Transform complex datasets into clear, executive-ready presentations, dashboards, and ad hoc reports for management
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities, refine existing financial models, and streamline reporting workflows
• Provide functional guidance and expertise to junior team members while taking ownership of end‑product accuracy
