Job summary

Confidential Career Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to join the finance team in Ortigas, Pasig on a hybrid basis. The role focuses on profitability analysis, financial planning, and advisory support to senior leaders.

This position requires a strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial governance. You will translate business strategies into financial plans, develop models for store economics, monitor performance, and drive actionable recommendations

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, or a related field.
At least 7 years of relevant experience in financial planning, analysis, budgeting, or financial advisory.
Strong analytical, financial modeling, business partnering, and stakeholder management skills.
Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig under a hybrid setup with occasional fieldwork.

Responsibilities

Leads profitability and performance analysis; identifies opportunities to improve revenue and profitability.
Oversees financial reporting across units; ensures accuracy and consistency of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
Provides financial advisory and decision support to senior leaders; develops tools, metrics, forecasts, and models.
Drives budgeting and forecasting processes; establishes guidelines and analyzes budget-to-actuals; supports continuous improvement.
Strengthens governance, internal controls, and risk management; standardizes policies and processes.
