Astral Motors Corp. BYD Bulacan is seeking a Fleet Sales Manager to develop and manage corporate and fleet accounts, aiming to hit dealership sales targets and maximize profitability.

You will build long-term relationships with companies, government agencies, and organizations that purchase vehicles in volume. Responsibilities include negotiating contracts, coordinating vehicle delivery, and providing customized vehicle solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years experience in automotive sales, with exposure to fleet or B2B sales.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
• Knowledge of fleet management, leasing, and corporate procurement processes.
• Strong presentation and proposal development skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new fleet sales opportunities with corporations, SMEs, government agencies, rental companies, and logistics firms.
• Develop strategic partnerships with organizations requiring bulk vehicle purchases.
• Maintain a pipeline of potential fleet clients and projects.
• Manage relationships with existing fleet clients.
• Provide customized vehicle solutions tailored to business needs.
• Develop and implement fleet sales strategies aligned with dealership objectives.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual fleet sales targets.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and bidding documents.
• Negotiate pricing, financing, and delivery schedules.
• Work closely with inventory, finance, and service departments to ensure smooth delivery and after-sales support.
