Job summary

ING Hubs Philippines seeks a Financial Controller – COO Domain to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial reporting across assigned COO domains. You will support actuals review, month-end close validation, variance analysis, cost and FTE reporting, intercompany analysis, VAT reclaim support, and management reporting to bolster governance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
5-7 years of relevant experience in Financial Controlling and Planning & Analysis.
Adaptability to complex cross-functional/matrix global business environments.
Expertise in actuals reporting, month-end close review, planning, forecasting, cost management, variance analysis.
Strong control mindset to identify issues, validate movements, and ensure accurate output.
Proficiency in Excel and enterprise planning tools (Hyperion, Oracle EPM); Power Query is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform actuals review, month-end close validation, variance analysis, and management reporting for assigned COO domains.
Ensure accurate cost, FTE, intercompany, and VAT reclaim reporting.
Prepare evidence-based commentary on financial performance, variances, risks, and opportunities.
Review planning and forecasting assumptions against actual performance and business expectations.
Provide financial insight and constructive challenge to finance and COO stakeholders.
Own recurring and ad hoc financial control deliverables with timely, high-quality output.
Identify and resolve financial risks, data inconsistencies, control gaps and improvement opportunities.
