Job summary

ING Hubs Philippines seeks a Financial Controller – COO Domain to ensure accuracy, completeness, and governance of financial reporting across COO domains. You will lead actuals review, month-end close validation, variance analysis, cost and FTE reporting, intercompany analysis, VAT reclaim support, and management reporting to enable reliable decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• CPA, CMA, CFA or master’s degree is an advantage.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in Financial Controlling and Planning & Analysis.

Responsibilities

• Perform actuals review, month-end close validation, variance analysis, and management reporting for assigned COO domains.
• Ensure accurate and consistent cost, FTE, intercompany, and VAT reclaim reporting.
• Prepare evidence-based commentary on financial performance, key variances, risks, and opportunities.
• Review planning and forecasting assumptions against actual performance and business expectations.
• Provide financial insight and constructive challenge to finance and COO stakeholders.
• Own recurring and ad hoc financial control deliverables, ensuring timely and high-quality completion.
• Identify and resolve financial risks, data inconsistencies, control gaps, and improvement opportunities.
