As a Financial Controller – COO Domain, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial reporting across assigned COO domains. You will support actuals review, month-end close validation, variance analysis, cost and FTE reporting, intercompany analysis, VAT reclaim support, and management reporting to help maintain strong financial control and governance. You will work closely with Business Controllers, the Head of Finance, and COO stakeholders to review financial results, explain key movements, challenge inconsistencies, and provide clear, evidence-based commentary that supports reliable decision-making.
You'll be part of a global finance community supporting COO Domain while being based in ING Hubs Philippines. The team partners closely with business leaders and department heads to provide financial transparency, improve cost management, and support sustainable business growth. Working across functions, you will help ensure financial information is complete, accurate, well-controlled, and supported by clear analysis and commentary for management reporting and decision-making.
