Job summary

ING Hubs Philippines seeks a Financial Controller for the CTO Domain to ensure accurate financial reporting, robust controls, and insightful commentary across the COO/CTO domains. You will partner with Head of Finance, BPs, and CTO stakeholders to review results, explain variances, and drive improvements.

Role emphasizes month-end close, forecasting, cost management, and management reporting in a global matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in financial controlling, planning and analysis.
• Experience in complex global matrix environments, preferably in technology or multinational settings.
• Strong expertise in actuals reporting, month-end close, planning, forecasting, cost management, variance analysis and commentary.
• Strong control mindset with ability to validate movements and ensure accuracy.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Hyperion, SmartView, Oracle EPM, Power BI/Power Query is a plus.
• Ownership, diligence and proactive follow-through across close, commentary, SOX reporting and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Review actuals and validate month-end close, planning, forecasts and management reporting.
• Deliver clear, evidence-based commentary on performance, variances, risks and opportunities.
• Challenge assumptions and provide actionable financial insights to stakeholders.
• Own recurring and ad hoc financial control deliverables with timely, high-quality outputs.
• Identify and resolve financial risks, data gaps and control weaknesses.
• Support SOX reporting with accurate, audit-ready data and evidence.
