Job summary

ING Hubs Philippines is seeking a Financial Controller for Global Infrastructure. You will oversee financial control activities, ensure complete and accurate reporting, and support SOX compliance across infrastructure cost areas.

You will validate month-end close, manage allocations and cost control, and partner with global stakeholders to drive transparency, forecasting, and audit-ready documentation in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA/CMA advantageous.
• 5–7 years in financial controlling, accounting, or planning and analysis.
• Experience with technology infrastructure or asset-intensive environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of month-end close, reconciliations, and cost-control.
• Advanced Excel; familiarity with ERP/BI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Validate month-end close for assigned Global Infrastructure cost areas.
• Prepare reports on infrastructure costs, FTEs, accruals, capitalization, and run-rate movements.
• Analyze variances and offer commentary on performance and forecast impact.
• Support forecasting and Dynamic Planning with validated baselines.
• Maintain audit-ready records and support SOX compliance.
• Resolve data issues and monitor data quality.
