Job summary

ING Hubs Philippines is seeking a Finance Business Controller to lead planning, forecasting, cost management, and management reporting. You will partner with senior stakeholders to translate complex data into actionable insights and influence strategic financial decisions across multiple functions.

The role offers exposure to an international environment within ING Belgium alignment, focusing on cost optimization and performance monitoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics or related field.
• Professional certification (CPA/CMA/CFA) or master’s degree is advantageous.
• 7–10 years in FP&A, cost management, or management reporting.
• Experience in banking/financial services or multinational settings preferred.
• Strong skills in forecasting, cost allocation, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis.
• Monitor cost performance; identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Improve cost allocation, charging, and modelling methodologies.
• Provide financial advice to Department Heads and Managers.
• Translate data into clear management insights and reports.
• Enhance dashboards and visuals for transparent decision-making.
• Support cost optimization and strategic planning initiatives.
