Job summary

Emapta Philippines is hiring a Finance & Systems Analyst to connect business needs with technology, strengthening reporting, automation, controls, and AI readiness across core finance workflows. The role offers hybrid work with onsite Ortigas and global exposure through international client projects.

You will partner with Finance Operations leaders to define system requirements, lead data quality initiatives, and drive automation across accounts receivable, payable, and payment solutions, using

• Identify opportunities for automation and AI-enabled use cases in finance processes.
• Support governance frameworks to improve efficiency, controls, data quality and user experience.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Finance Operations, finance transformation, business systems analysis, or a similar role within a complex operational environment
• Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes, particularly in high-volume transactional environments such as Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Payment Solutions
• Demonstrated experience translating business challenges into clear process, data, reporting, and system requirements
• Hands-on experience with enterprise platforms such as NetSuite, Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar systems, focusing on workflow, reporting, and data quality improvements
• Strong analytical capability, including the ability to interrogate data, define meaningful metrics, identify root causes, and recommend improvement opportunities
• Proven experience partnering with technology or platform teams within established governance models and providing strong business input into requirements and solution design
• Practical understanding of automation and AI use cases, with the ability to identify opportunities and improve data and process readiness without overengineering solutions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence teams without direct authority
• Continuous improvement mindset, supported by sound judgement, curiosity, and a focus on simplifying manual work while strengthening controls and accuracy
• Experience using visualization tools such as Miro to document processes and workflows
• Previous experience working with enterprise AI platforms

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance Operations leaders and teams to translate business needs into clear system, data, reporting, and workflow requirements across core platforms.
• Lead Finance Operations reporting and data requirements, including metric definitions, business rules, data quality expectations, and a prioritised pipeline of enhancement requests.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Finance Operations, the Finance Applications team, and other supporting systems teams regarding systems, reporting, workflows, and operational data.
• Improve data readiness across Finance Operations by strengthening data definitions, traceability, controls, documentation, and source-to-report consistency.
• Analyse Finance Operations processes and data to identify practical opportunities for automation, enhanced reporting, and AI-enabled use cases.
• Work within established platform governance frameworks to define, raise, and support enhancements that improve efficiency, controls, data quality, and user experience.
• Strengthen data quality, control, and documentation practices to support reliable reporting, automation, and AI applications.
• Facilitate the adoption of implemented changes through documentation, testing coordination, training, feedback collection, and change enablement.
• Present operational insights and data to inform decisions regarding process efficiency, service performance, reporting requirements, and data quality.
• Ensure Finance Operations requirements are clearly defined, testable, and measurable and that implemented changes address the correct business challenges.
