Job summary

JLL is seeking a Client Finance Manager for Workplace Management in Metro Manila. The role partners with Operations Leadership to guide financial decisions, manage vendor payments, and monitor cash flow with a focus on governance and compliance.

You will lead month-end close, prepare financial packages, and drive efficiency improvements across the client finance function in a matrix environment, collaborating with SSCs and service providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
• Preferably CPA or equivalent certification.
• Minimum of 5 years of finance manager experience.
• Regional APAC exposure is a plus.
• Experience leading finance in a matrix environment and business partnering with commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Be the trusted financial advisor to Operations Lead and Account Lead, providing data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with operation teams, SSCs and third-party providers.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities through performance analysis.
• Manage vendor payments, invoicing, and accounts receivable to optimise cash flow.
• Lead month-end closing and ensure compliance with policies and auditing requirements.
• Prepare and present monthly financial packages with variance analyses; support budgeting and forecasting.
• Drive process improvements and governance for financial operations.
