Jones Lang LaSalle Property Consultants Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to act as a trusted advisor to the Operations Lead and Account Lead, driving data-driven decision making, risk mitigation, and commercial finance support for the APAC region.

The role partners with operations, shared services, and vendors to manage financial processes, month-end close, billing, cash flow, and cost-saving initiatives, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and timely reporting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
• Minimum of 5 years of finance manager experience.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Business partnering and commercial finance experience.
• Experience with regional/shared-services models.
• Analytical and meticulous with excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Be the trusted financial advisor to the Operations Lead/Account Lead/Account manager, providing data-driven insights to support decision making.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders including operation teams, shared service centres and third party service providers.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities through analysis of performance indicators.
• Point of contact (POC) with client on finance related matters.
• Assist with on-going cost saving projects, including identification, monitoring and analysis.
• Collaborate with site teams and SSC to ensure the lifecycle of vendors' PO processing align with JLL policies.
• Manage vendor payments and monthly billing in compliance with JLL policies and guidelines.
• Monitor accounts receivables to optimise cash flow.
• Lead the month-end closing process (expense/revenue accrual etc) for the business line, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and present month end financial packages with meaningful variance analysis for internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

About you

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of finance manager experience
• Certified accountant (CPA), or equivalent certification preferred
• Business partnering and commercial finance experience
• Experience working with regional and shared-services models
• Experienced in navigating complex matrix environments
• Analytical and meticulous with excellent problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of working procedures
• Regional exposure in APAC is an added advantage
