Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Business Finance Controller - Transactional in the Philippines to partner with the BU and drive growth and profit through robust financial planning, reporting and analysis. You will lead end-to-end reporting, analyze trends, and present data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions.

The role requires 8+ years in finance with at least 2 years in management, strong English communication, and the ability to influence across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting; CPA/CIMA/CMA/MBA an advantage.
• 8+ years in Finance, with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Excellent English communication; thrive under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Strategic thinking, forecasting, budgeting, risk management and continuous improvement.
• Leads teams effectively and demonstrates P&L ownership.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end accurate reporting of results, trends and opportunities.
• Present data-driven reviews of sales, margins and costs with risks and actions.
• Drive cash generation and profitable growth; optimize Opex and pricing.
• Develop productivity actions across the business and supply chain.
