Job summary

PT Talentvis Consulting Indonesia is seeking a seasoned Finance Manager/Controller to lead the finance function and partner with senior leaders to drive growth and profitability.

The role encompasses FP&A, accounting, treasury, internal control, and compliance with US GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley, with regional responsibilities in the Philippines. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting while mentoring teams and improving processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA licensed.
• 15 years of work experience in finance with last 5 as Finance Manager or last 3 as Controller.
• Experience in distribution, trading and services; construction sector preferred.
• Strong knowledge of FP&A, accounting, tax, treasury, internal control, and credit/debt management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and financial expertise to drive growth and margin expansion.
• Partner with business leaders for financial counsel and decision support with in-depth analysis.
• Lead annual AOP and long-range planning processes with meaningful financial information and guidance.
• Ensure accurate forecasting of sales, costs, working capital, capex, and ROI.
• Oversee credit and collection initiatives and enforce policies; ensure timely collections.
• Improve process efficiency and implement cost controls across the organization.
• Ensure corporate reporting meets US GAAP and SOX requirements and local tax compliance.
• Align finance policies with organizational standards and verify compliance.
• Ensure project recording with revenue and costs aligns with policies and LOA.
• Support ad hoc financial tasks and regional needs in Philippines.
