Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in accounting or finance.
• Knowledgeable in financial systems, procedures, statistics, and economics.
• Strong background in Philippine taxation, BIR compliance, and PFRS/IFRS.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong understanding of accounting software and ERP systems (MSD 365, QuickBooks, SAP).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in BS Accountancy or related accounting courses.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data and prepare reports to support business decisions.
• Provide financial advice to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
• Conduct cost analysis, forecasting, and risk assessments.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and compliance.
