Job summary

SM Retail Inc. is seeking an FP&A professional to oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis. You will ensure compliance with internal controls and tax regulations while preparing management reports and KPI data.

The role includes coordinating planning, consolidating forecasts and supporting audits across the business. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field, with 2–5 years in retail or a related sector, and strong MS Office

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related business field.
• CPA/CFA/CMA/CIMA preferred but not required.
• 2–5 years of experience in retail or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analysis.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and tax regulations.
• Prepare management reports and KPI data; provide commentary and insights.
• Coordinate budgeting and strategy planning, consolidating plans and forecasts.
• Support audits and ensure governance over Finance policies.
