Private Advertiser in the Philippines seeks a Finance Director to lead strategic financial management for its BPO operations, driving margin optimization and disciplined governance across programs and clients.

You will partner with Operations Excellence, Shared Services, Operations, Technology, and Client Success to ensure profitable growth and strong financial controls, reporting, and planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a BPO or services-based organization.
• Strong understanding of BPO cost structures, workforce economics, P&L management, margin analysis, and pricing/deal modeling.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets financial modeling.
• Experience with ERP, FP&A, and BI tools (e.g., NetSuite, Adaptive Planning, Power BI).

Responsabilités

• Own and manage program-level and portfolio-level P&L across the Company's BPO accounts.
• Ensure accurate tracking of revenue, direct labor, indirect costs, and overhead allocation.
• Drive financial discipline and accountability across cost centers and programs.
• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial planning.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to Executive Leadership for new client acquisition, pricing strategy, program expansions/downsizings, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Develop scenario models and sensitivity analyses to assess the financial impact of business decisions.
• Partner with Sales and Commercial teams to develop pricing models, rate cards, and evaluate deal profitability and risk.
• Support contract renewals and renegotiations.
• Ensure pricing reflects true cost-to-serve, margin targets, and scalability assumptions.
