J.C. Piñon Construction Inc. is seeking a Finance leader to manage accounting, financial reporting, planning, and controls for its operations in the Philippines.

You will drive budgeting, cash management, FP&A, tax compliance, risk management, and stakeholder reporting, partnering with executives to support growth and efficiency.

CPA required; BS in Accountancy; construction experience preferred; strong Excel and governance knowledge.

Qualificações

• BS in Accountancy with CPA certification required.
• Extensive experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
• Proven leadership, analytical, and strategic decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements, and policies.
• Review results and provide KPI analyses and trends.
• Coordinate statutory audits and support external/internal audits.
• Maintain accurate financial records and internal controls.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes with department heads.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships.
• Conduct FP&A and provide insights for executive decisions.
• Oversee tax planning, compliance, and filings.
• Drive operational efficiency and process improvements.
