You will partner with Finance and operations leaders to deliver timely reporting, strengthen internal controls, and drive automation while mentoring the accounting team. This hands-on role requires strong GAAP/IFRS knowledge, analytical thinking, and a proven ability to provide actionable insights for business decisions.

Qualifications

• CPA license required.
• Bachelor's in accounting or equivalent.
• 6–10+ years progressive accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-, quarter-, and year-end close with timely reporting.
• Deliver variance analysis and partner with dept heads on costs.
• Design and maintain internal controls; coordinate audits.
• Mentor accounting staff; drive automation and process improvements.
