Job summary

jcva in the Philippines seeks a Finance and Accounting Manager to lead daily accounting operations and drive financial reporting accuracy. You will supervise Finance & Accounting Officers/Supervisors and collaborate with the Head of Legal, Finance, and Accounting on tax compliance matters.

You will develop annual budgets, build financial models, and provide management with KPIs, cash flow statements, and project profitability analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA license is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations (AR/AP, invoicing, reconciliations).
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports and dashboards.
• Develop and manage annual budget; create financial models.
• Ensure tax compliance and regulatory reporting.
• Coordinate with external auditors and banks.
