Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or Commerce - Management Accounting is required.
• CPA licensure is a plus.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a related field.
• Knowledge of computerised accounting systems (SAP S4) and MS Office.
• Ability to synthesize large data into actionable information.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor workload and lead the finance team with effective task distribution.
• Review forecasts, assist budgets, and provide financial reports to management.
• Analyze financial data and communicate insights to support decisions.
• Monitor actual performance vs budget with supporting documentation.
• Review balance sheet reconciliations and prepare review reports.
• Prepare P&L commentary and analyze business trends.
• Oversee treasury operations and bank relationships.
• Ensure statutory reporting, tax compliance, and audit readiness.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulators.
• Drive policies, controls, and governance improvements.
• Lead preparation of audited financial statements for entities.
• Develop and contribute to business plans and financial strategies.
• Support continuous improvement in controllership and reporting.
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned.
