Qualifications

• Provides effective and timely financial management and reporting of projects.
• Acts as business partner for the I+E business within South-East Asia.
• Builds and maintains effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensures governance and compliance with policies, procedures, systems and controls.

Responsibilities

• Support project teams with project financial budgeting and planning.
• Review and report on month-end project performance data.
• Assist with new project creation including policy compliance and risk escalation.
• Provide analysis of projects including financial performance, cost data and earned value.
• Oversee lock-up and invoicing to maximise cash flow and meet contract timelines.
• Deliver commercial guidance to reduce exposure to risk throughout project lifecycles.
• Assist with financial information for project requirements and cost data.
• Support Major Projects, Joint Ventures and Alliances with cost monitoring and audits.
