Surbana Jurong is seeking a senior controllership leader to monitor workload, finalize forecasts, and support annual budgets. You will prepare financial analyses, oversee treasury, ensure statutory compliance, and drive governance improvements across the finance function.

The role involves coordinating audited statements and liaising with auditors and regulators, with strong emphasis on data-driven decision support.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or Bachelor of Science in Commerce - Management Accounting.
• CPA licensure is a plus.
• 10 years’ experience in related field.
• Knowledgeable in using computerized accounting system, SAP S4 is a plus and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Monitor team workload and provide leadership and management to the team.
• Review forecasts, assist in annual budgets, and provide financial reports and analyses.
• Prepare, analyze and communicate financial data and insights to management and stakeholders.
• Oversee treasury operations, cash flow management and bank relationships.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, group policies, and statutory requirements.
• Lead the completion of audited financial statements and statutory/regulatory filings.
• Drive continuous improvement across controllership, reporting, treasury and compliance processes.
