Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in business, finance, accounting or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant FP&A, financial reporting or accounting experience.
• Proficient with MS Excel and MS Office; ERP or BI tools experience preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to prioritize and work under pressure with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and analysis of financial results, management reports, compliance reports, and operational dashboards to ensure timely, accurate reporting.
• Coordinate with Finance, FP&A, Operations, and other stakeholders to collect, validate, and analyze data for consolidated reports.
• Support the month-end, quarterly, and annual close processes, including report preparation and review.
• Maintain complete and well-organized supporting documentation for audit readiness and data requests.
• Contribute to process documentation and continuous improvements to enhance reporting accuracy, efficiency, and standardization.
• Provide ad hoc analysis and reports and escalate discrepancies for resolution.
