Job summary

Surbana Jurong in Metro Manila is seeking a Senior Associate Accountant (FP&A / Financial Reporting). You will support financial reporting, planning, and analysis across finance functions, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.

Responsibilities include month-end close, data validation, management and compliance reports, and collaboration with FP&A, Operations, and internal clients to improve reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 2–4 years of FP&A, Financial Reporting or related Finance experience.
• MS Office proficiency; Advanced MS Excel required.
• Experience with ERP/financial reporting software; Power BI and SAP/S4 Hana a plus.
• Experience in a BPO or Shared Service setting is an advantage.
• Strong communication, data accuracy and stakeholders engagement.

Responsibilities

• Support financial results, management, compliance reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate data collection and validation for consolidated reports.
• Assist month-end, quarter, and year-end close processes.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and respond to data requests.
• Contribute to process documentation and continuous reporting improvements.
• Provide ad hoc analyses and escalate issues promptly.
