Job summary

Surbana Jurong Group, based in the Philippines, is seeking a senior finance professional to lead Controllership and reporting functions. The role entails budgeting, forecasting, balance sheet governance, and strategic financial support across entities, including external audits and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, CPA preferred, and hands-on experience with SAP S4.

Qualifications

Graduate of BS in Accountancy or Commerce with Management Accounting focus.
CPA licensure is a plus.
Experience with SAP S4 and MS Office preferred.
Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize data for decision making.
Proven leadership and ability to manage stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

Monitor team workload, assign tasks, and provide leadership to the finance team.
Review forecasts, assist budgets, and prepare financial reports for management.
Analyze data and provide timely recommendations to support decisions.
Control actual results against budgets and ensure proper documentation.
Coordinate balance sheet reviews, P&L analysis, and treasury activities.
Ensure statutory reporting, tax compliance, and audit readiness.
Drive process improvements in controllership, reporting, and governance.
