Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Finance Sr. Analyst in the Philippines to apply advanced cash and accrual accounting to prepare, evaluate, maintain, and deliver accurate financial reports for CBRE clients and properties.

The role sits within the Financial Strategy and Operations function, focusing on policies, controls, and timely reporting. The candidate should have 2–5 years of relevant experience and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical judgment and precedents.
• Advanced math skills for complex financial calculations.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Complete intermediate to advanced accounting transactions for client financial statement packages.
• Create and post journal entries and ensure expenses, receipts, owner distributions, funding requests are accurately posted.
• Generate and review financial packages for accuracy and timely delivery to clients and management.
• Review and audit funding and payment requests for accuracy and authorization.
• Respond to and resolve complex accounting issues for management and clients.
• Lead by example and maintain CBRE RISE values in daily work.
