Job summary

You will prepare, evaluate, maintain, and deliver complete financial reports in a structured, client‑facing environment. You will build journal entries, ensure accurate posting of expenses and funding requests, and generate comprehensive financial packages on a schedule that supports timely client delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to analyze complex financial scenarios.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Advanced math skills for financial calculations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post accounting transactions for client financial statements.
• Create and post journal entries; ensure expenses, owner distributions, funding requests recorded.
• Generate and review financial packages; ensure timely delivery to clients.
• Review funding and payment requests for accuracy and authorization.
• Resolve complex accounting issues and respond to client inquiries.
• Identify issues and take corrective action to minimize problems.
• Maintain benchmarks and performance metrics.
