Private Advertiser is seeking a Finance Head to lead the Finance Department in the Philippines. The role focuses on timely recording, tracking, analyzing, and reporting financial information to Management to support strategic business decisions.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, collaborating with the EVP, creating efficient data-tracking methods, and coordinating with external auditors to ensure regulatory compliance and robust financial controls.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance/Accounting or related field (e.g., Bachelors) required.
• Minimum 5 years in a Department Head role in retail or related industries.
• Proficient with financial software and systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; detail-oriented and analytically minded.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Finance Department.
• Collaborate with EVP and Management to drive strategic plans.
• Develop and implement efficient methods for tracking financial data and reporting.
• Ensure timely posting of transactions and generation of financial reports for regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit schedules.
• Lead financial analysis of monthly performance and communicate risks and opportunities to heads of departments.
