Private Advertiser in the Philippines is seeking a Finance & Operations Manager who will oversee financial operations, payroll, compliance, and process improvements. This hands-on leadership role requires strong multi-functional capabilities and collaboration with leadership and external partners.

The ideal candidate has 5–8+ years in finance/operations, solid understanding of financial reporting, payroll, and cash flow, and excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• 5–8+ years in finance, operations, and business administration for a multi-functional role.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, payroll, accounts receivable, compliance, and operations.
• Experience managing customer collections and cash flow processes.
• Familiarity with HR administration and workplace operations.
• Knowledge of governance, statutory compliance, and contract administration.
• Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable/receivable and cash flow monitoring.
• Manage customer invoicing, collections, and outstanding receivables.
• Coordinate payroll processing and ensure timely salary payments.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, management accounts, and analyses for leadership.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Monitor expenses and implement controls for financial discipline.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Liaise with external accountants, auditors, tax advisors, payroll providers, and banks.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, regulatory, and corporate filing requirements.
• Maintain and improve financial systems, processes, and internal controls.
