Job summary

BruntWork is seeking a part-time remote Executive Operations & Finance Partner to work alongside the founder across multiple ventures. You will own financial modeling, cash flow forecasting, and investor-ready documents while coordinating meetings with banks and finance partners.

The role requires thinking like a business partner, not a task-taker, and enabling the founder to close deals. You will conduct due diligence, perform market research, and provide strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in financial modeling, business planning, or executive support roles.
• Experience building investor-grade financial documents and cash flow forecasts.
• Strong ability to work with UK-based companies or UK business environments.
• Advanced proficiency in financial analysis and risk assessment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with professional presentation skills.
• Comfortable handling confidential projects and sensitive information.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities across ventures.
• Self-directed and proactive in identifying needs and solving problems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and refine business plans, cash flow forecasts, and financial models for investor presentations.
• Conduct due diligence research to identify risks, mitigation strategies, and potential investors.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings with banks, finance teams, and key stakeholders.
• Manage invoice processing and liaise with accounting systems for financial accuracy.
• Monitor and update 13-week cash flow forecasting with precision.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis and market research.
• Support project coordination across multiple ventures simultaneously.
• Prepare briefing materials so leadership can focus on deal execution.
