BruntWork is seeking a part-time remote Executive Operations & Finance Partner to work alongside the founder across multiple ventures. You will own financial modeling, cash flow forecasting, and investor-ready documents while coordinating meetings with banks and finance partners.
The role requires thinking like a business partner, not a task-taker, and enabling the founder to close deals. You will conduct due diligence, perform market research, and provide strategic recommendations.
Our client operates multiple successful ventures across recruitment (construction, logistics, warehousing, industrial security, renewable energy) and real estate throughout the UK. These interconnected businesses are experiencing strong growth and require strategic executive support to maintain momentum and prepare for upcoming expansion opportunities.
You will serve as a high-level extension of the founder, taking ownership of critical business operations that drive decision-making and growth. This role goes far beyond administrative support. You will manage investor-ready financial modeling, coordinate high-stakes meetings with banks and finance partners, conduct due diligence research, and ensure the founder can focus on closing deals while you handle the strategic groundwork. This is a role for someone who thinks like a business partner, not a task-taker.
