Job summary

JustMarkets is seeking a Commercial Finance Lead in a fully remote role based in the Philippines. You will drive financial performance, partner with leadership, and connect revenue, cost, and portfolio economics into a single decision framework for sustainable growth.

You will own budgeting, profitability analysis, and cross-entity reporting while transitioning the organization from spreadsheets to ERP/BI-based processes. Strong FP&A, consolidation, and stakeholder collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred in Finance/Accounting/Economics or related field.
• Progressive experience in finance with leadership in processes and teams.
• Proven experience in commercial finance, business partnering, or FP&A across multiple entities.
• Strong understanding of P&L, unit economics, revenue drivers.
• Experience in management consolidation and building management reporting.
• Experience in headcount and payroll planning.
• Knowledge of budget control practices and financial governance (DoA, limits).
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP/BI systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with commercial leadership on revenue planning, forecasting and performance analysis.
• Own unit economics, margin analysis, pricing effects and profitability levers across products.
• Define and monitor KPIs and translate into actionable recommendations.
• Drive cost control and operating efficiency; enforce budget discipline.
• Lead budgeting cycle for revenue and costs; develop templates and assumptions.
• Consolidate budgets and build unified P&L across entities; manage cross-entity reporting.
• Develop and maintain management reporting methodology and chart of accounts.
• Deliver regular plan/actual/forecast reporting with variance analysis.
• Support headcount and payroll planning with business leads and Accounting.
• Lead transition from spreadsheets to ERP/BI-based budgeting and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and Delegation of Authority.
• Partner with Accounting to align management and statutory reporting.
